Permitted use
Use BitGuardIT only for lawful defensive security assessment, monitoring, reporting, related professional services, and authorized educational exercises on systems you control or are explicitly authorized to test.
Educational and lab use
Schools, colleges, universities, and training organizations may use BitGuardIT as a controlled learning environment. Educational use remains subject to the same authorization rules as commercial use: students and instructors may assess only lab, range, or institutional assets the program owns or is explicitly authorized to assess.
BitGuardIT must not be used as a classroom tool for assessing arbitrary public systems, third-party production environments, or any target lacking documented authorization. Learning exercises do not expand the customer's authorization beyond what the institution has granted.
Prohibited activities
- Unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with networks, systems, or data.
- Distribution of malware, phishing, or exploit code through the platform.
- Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in support channels.
- Circumventing asset verification, authorization, or subscription entitlements.
- Excessive automated requests that degrade platform performance for others.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all actions under your credentials and for ensuring organization users understand and follow this policy.
